How the Training Programs Work

With our training programs and additional resources, you are in complete control of how and when training occurs for your team. The Manager and Employee Training videos are available in your account under the Learn feature.

  • You may choose to have your teams meet and watch the videos together and discuss as a group;
  • Or, you may choose to have your teams watch the videos individually.  This assignment can be done on an organizational level or a departmental level.
  • You can assign the videos for features as you are ready to implement.

Manager Training – 13 Videos (2 Hours Total Training Time)

Manager training focuses on teaching managers how to set clear expectations for their team, create frequent check-ins, give and receive feedback and most importantly, how to conduct effective review conversations.

Manager Learn topics are numbered to make it easy to know when to assign specific topics.  Our M 100 series topics cover training, for managers, to help them get started and launch Performance Culture.

Our M 200 series topics cover training that focuses on the review conversation.  These topics should be assigned just before managers conduct the first round of reviews.

Our M 300 series topics cover training related to our additional features that compliment the review process.  These should be assigned when you are ready to launch each feature with the team.

Employee Training – 8 Videos (1 Hour Total Training Time)

Employee training videos focus on teaching your team not only how to navigate the system, but also how to use the features to provide meaningful feedback to managers and leaders.

Employees will understand how their assigned performance objectives and workplace behaviors are aligned with the organization’s mission, vision, and goals.
