QA Analyst


Performance Culture, a leading HR performance management software company, seeks a QA Analyst to join the Engineering Team and be a part of the growth story now boosted by a Jurassic Capital investment and mentoring team.

As a QA Analyst, your role focuses on testing and support for our software platform.  Not only are you a subject-matter expert on the application, you are also responsible for overseeing production and ensuring features and releases meet company standards.  You may also assist with database related queries and updates as well as creating technical documentation.

Along with a strong commitment to our Core Values, the successful candidate will have:

-Demonstrated experience with SaaS applications.
-Demonstrated experience with SCM platforms like Gitlab or Github.
-Demonstrated experience writing technical documentation
-A strong desire to learn and grow your technical acumen.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.

In addition, the candidate will have experience with most of the following:

-Software testing and creating detailed bug reports in GitLab (or similar tool).
-Developing and maintaining documentation including Help Center articles.
-The ability to liaison with internal teams including Customer Success.
-The ability to “think like a client.”
-An understanding of user experience and interface design.

Ideally, the candidate should also have:

-Experience with MySQL.

Additional Requirements:

-Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
-Successful background check
-Ability to work a hybrid remote and in-office schedule (Durham, NC location)
-COVID-19 vaccinated and ability to maintain vaccination schedule pursuant to CDC guidelines
