Bio: Brian is a senior executive with experience in a wide array of business situations and uses this knowledge to facilitate peer advisory boards and engage in personal executive coaching. Prior to Cornerstone. Brian was a founding member of Life Equity, LLC, and helped secure over $1 billion in financing from Berkshire Hathaway, Bear Stearns, JP Morgan, etc. as well as negotiating the sale of a majority interest to Kohlberg & Co., in 2011. Brian was also the President and COO of Cole National Corporation, a $1.1 billion company, operating over 3,400 retail locations. Brian earned both his B.A. in marketing and his M.B.A in Accounting and Finance from Cornell University.

Bio: Erinn has helped healthcare business leaders define and execute success strategies for 20+ years in the roles of Administrator, President, and Consultant. She supported various specialties with inpatient and outpatient care impacting best practices in operations, finance, human resources, compliance, and customer care. Bio: Rob Campbell is a retired Army Colonel, husband, father, author and leadership speaker. He is a 27-year Army veteran, paratrooper and ranger with service in Iraq and Afghanistan. Rob led organizations ranging in size from 24 to 5,000 people overcoming challenges and leading change.
