Customer Success Intern

Performance Culture is a growing HR performance management software company. We help over 200 amazing organizations like Andersen Windows & Doors, AxiomSL, and Quinnipiac University build better teams through our software product and services. Now, we are accelerating our growth, complements of our recent investment from Durham-based Jurassic Capital, and need to grow our team to keep up with demand.

We are seeking a Customer Success Intern to help support our customers as they use the Performance Culture software.

As the volume of our support chats increases, we need someone to help respond to support questions and sales inquiries during the workday. In the summertime, there would be an opportunity to work up to 30 hours a week. 

We support clients all throughout North America during typical office hours. To support our west coast and international clients we offer support until 6:00 PM ET Monday-Thursday and Fridays until 5:00 PM ET.

Since the volume of sales and support requests vary on a daily basis, the time spent between answering requests would be used to work on various projects such as data entry, generating reports, exit interviews for our clients, and other business development and marketing activities.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is recommended but not necessary

Pay: $10/hour

Hours: 20 hours/week, 30 hours/week (Summer)
