We are always looking for IDEAL team members to join us (the IDEAL team member, defined by Patrick Lencioni). The IDEAL team member has a balance of humility, hunger and people smarts.
(It’s not an equal balance, but a balance because people can be better in some virtues than others, plus it’s either emotional intelligence or people smarts – which Lencioni’s website uses – not intelligence by itself).
