360/Personal Performance Surveys

Our 360-Degree Engagements include a TTI TriMetrix® DNA report, a 360 Survey for each participant, a team debrief session and a coaching guide for professional development.  The 360 Survey questions are tied to the 25 leadership skills evaluated in the DNA report.  360 Surveys can be customized based on the needs of the organization and/or leader(s).  View sample 360 Survey Report.

Optional coaching sessions are available as part of  360-Degree Engagements.  These options include:

  • In-person 360-Degree interviews;
  • One-on-one 360-Degree debrief sessions; and
  • 90-day or 180-day coaching engagements

TriMetrix DNA reveals specific details that describe the how, why and what of superior performance. In addition, this report blends behaviors and driving forces together in an integrated section that will help you blend the how and the why of a person’s actions.
